We are currently recruiting for dedicated, experienced, and motivated Assemblers to join a busy and fast-paced production team.

The Role

As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in manufacturing finished products to precise specifications and quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Assembling and testing components to create finished products

* Following detailed instructions, diagrams, and specifications

* Inspecting parts for defects and ensuring quality standards are consistently met

* Operating hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently

* Preparing completed products for dispatch

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

* Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily production targets

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous assembly experience

* Experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

* The ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently

* Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude

* A reliable and positive work ethic

Working Hours & Pay

* Monday to Thursday: 7:45am – 4:15pm

* Friday: Early finish

* Total Hours: 37.5 hours per week

* Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent contract after 12 successful weeks.
