An established and growing engineering and manufacturing business is looking to strengthen its quality team due to continued expansion and increased project demand. The company operates within a fabrication-focused environment, supporting a diverse client base across multiple sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Technician to join a busy production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that materials, components, and finished products meet required standards prior to dispatch.
Responsibilities
Inspect materials, components, and finished products against drawings and specifications
Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and procedures
Review and compile quality documentation, including inspection and traceability records
Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
Support audits and continuous improvement initiativesExperience
Previous experience in a quality inspection role within engineering or manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience using measuring equipment (e.g. verniers, micrometers)
