Are you an experienced ALN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference?
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated ALN TA to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the RCT area.
This fantastic school is committed and prides itself on creating a fun, motivating, and inclusive learning environment where every child is valued as an individual.
About the Role:
* Supporting pupils with high ALN needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Working closely with teachers to deliver a tailored, skills-based curriculum
* Helping to promote independence, confidence, and social development
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
