This role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on commercial and rural developments.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of planning activities, supporting projects from initial appraisal through to submission and delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
·Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
·Providing planning advice to clients across commercial and rural projects
·Managing project timelines and liaising with stakeholders
·Supporting senior team members on complex planning schemes
·Conducting site appraisals and planning research
Requirements
·Previous experience in a Town Planning role (private or public sector considered)
·Ideally MRTPI Chartered (or working towards)
·Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and regulations
·Excellent communication and organisational skills
·Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Location and Working Style
·Based in Rugby
·Primarily office-based, with some flexibility available
Interview Process
·First stage: Microsoft Teams interview
·Second stage: Face-to-face meeting
