Central London studio is seeking a talented and technically confident Interior Designer / Architect / Architectural Designer to join its growing team, working across a diverse portfolio of workplace, hospitality and mixed-use projects throughout the UK. The practice delivers premium retrofit and repositioning schemes, bespoke headquarters and highly crafted commercial environments, with a strong emphasis on thoughtful, design-led architecture.
The successful candidate will work across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on Stages 3–5, supporting projects from developed design through to on-site delivery. The role involves technical coordination, detailed package production, consultant collaboration and construction-stage involvement, while helping to maintain the integrity of the design vision throughout the process.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3–5
* Technical detailing, coordination and package production
* Collaborating closely with consultants, contractors and wider project teams
* Supporting construction-stage delivery and site coordination
* Maintaining design quality and intent throughout the project lifecycle
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience delivering commercial projects in the UK
* Strong technical detailing and coordination skills
* Excellent BIM proficiency in either ArchiCAD or Revit
* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
* A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
* A genuine passion for design, craft and construction
