Competitive salary package of £40,000 to £50,000 annually, dependent on experience
Potential to earn an OTE of £60,000 with performance-based bonuses
Time Saved Bonus paid for hours worked over 45 per week
Standard 45-hour working week, Monday to Friday

Opportunities for technical development, including ADAS calibration and further qualifications

Conducting repairs and vehicle maintenance to high standards across various vehicle makes and models
Performing electrical and mechanical diagnostics and repairs
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workshop operation
Supporting all aspects of vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Contributing to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaborationRequirements:
Proven experience as an MET Technician within the automotive industry
Strong auto electrical knowledge is highly desirable
NVQ or equivalent qualification in vehicle repairs and maintenance
Experience with ADAS systems is advantageous; training can be provided for the right candidate
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, diligent, and committed to producing quality workmanship
