Description
As Interim Procurement Manager, duties will include, however, not be limited to:
Develop and implement category strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Manage procurement activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement processes accordingly.
Identify and negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Prepare and present reports on procurement activities to senior management.
Profile
A successful Procurement Manager should have:
Proven experience in procurement and category management.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective supplier relationships.
Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Ability to start Immediately.
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Job Offer
Competitive salary up to circa £55,000 per annum.
