The Role
As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring our field engineers are effectively planned and deployed to customer sites. You will be responsible for coordinating service visits, maintenance appointments, and emergency call-outs while maintaining excellent communication with both customers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and coordinating engineers' daily workloads.
Managing reactive service calls and planned maintenance visits.
Liaising with customers to arrange appointments and provide updates.
Monitoring engineer attendance and job completion.
Prioritising emergency call-outs and reallocating resources when required.
Updating internal systems with accurate job information.
Raising purchase orders and processing service-related documentation.
Supporting the Operations and Service Management teams with administrative duties.
What We're Looking For
Previous scheduling, planning, or service coordination experience.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience working within a Fire & Security, Facilities Management, Engineering, or Service environment would be advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
