Service Charges & Rent Manager – Norfolk
Salary: £49,680
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours)
Location: Norfolk (Hybrid working available)
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Service Charges & Rent Manager to join a well-established housing organisation in Norfolk.
The Role
This is a key operational leadership role responsible for the delivery of service charge and rent functions across a large housing portfolio. You will oversee the full lifecycle of service charges and rent processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing service charge budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation
Overseeing billing, rent setting, and charge application
Ensuring compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards
Leading on resident engagement and dispute resolution
Managing and developing a customer-focused team
Driving process improvements and system enhancementsAbout You
You will bring:
Strong experience in service charge and rent management within housing
Knowledge of leasehold, Section 20 processes, and housing legislation
Proven experience leading teams and delivering high performance
Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skillsWhat’s on Offer
