Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £38,000 Basic + Bonus OTE £48,000
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm | 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:30am – 4:00pm (Day off in the week when working Saturdays)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Centre Manager to join a successful and growing automotive fast-fit business in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader from an automotive, fast-fit, tyre, or service centre background to take full responsibility for a busy and high-performing site. You'll be responsible for driving sales, leading a successful team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre.

Genuine career progression opportunities within a growing businessThe RoleAs Centre Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the site's performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Centre Manager responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating a team of 12 employees, including 10 productive staff
Driving sales performance and maximising revenue opportunities
Managing the daily operation and running of the depot
Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards
Training, coaching, and developing team members to maximise performance
Maximising customer conversion rates through effective sales processes and call-back procedures
Managing stock control systems and ensuring stock accuracy
Ensuring all deliveries are checked, booked in, and stored correctly on the day of arrival
Maintaining the security of the site, stock, assets, customer information, and cash takings
Monitoring centre profitability and controlling operational costs
Ensuring equipment and machinery are maintained and serviced for safe operation
Maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
Reviewing performance metrics and implementing continuous improvementsRequirements
Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, or Workshop Manager within an automotive or fast-fit environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
Good technical and mechanical knowledge
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Strong organisational and stock management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
