Experienced Groundworker (Labourer also wanted)

We're working with a well-established Bolton-based groundworks contractor that's scaling up — and they're looking for an experienced Groundworker to join the team and run jobs independently. With a strong pipeline of residential work and bigger projects coming through the door, this is a great opportunity for a reliable, capable grafter who wants consistent work and the chance to grow with the company.

Ideally you'll come as a pair — an experienced groundworker with your own labourer — but we'd love to hear from strong groundworkers and labourers individually too.

The work

Day to day you'll be working mostly on residential projects, including:

* Driveways

* Flagging and paving

* Footings

* Retaining walls

There's also a growing pipeline of larger works as the company expands, so there's real scope to take on bigger and more varied projects over time.

What you'll need

* Solid groundworks experience and the ability to work on jobs independently

* Own van and own tools

* A strong work ethic and reliability — someone who turns up, gets stuck in, and takes pride in the finish

* Relevant tickets / CSCS card
