Staffline is recruiting Rework Operatives in Chorley.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

The key roles as a Rework Operative include:

- Checking for correct labelling, packaging integrity, and visible defects: Ensuring that products meet quality standards before they are released for sale or distribution.
- Controlling reworks and customer returns: Overseeing the management of rework activities and ensuring that customer returns are processed correctly.
- Managing quality across various departments: Overseeing production quality, packaging, and rework activities to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.
- Supporting efficient warehouse flow and organization: Reducing errors, waste, and rework through careful handling and organization of products within the warehouse.
- Ensuring stock is returned to correct warehouse locations: Monitoring and ensuring that all stock is accurately returned to the correct warehouse locations.
- These roles are essential for maintaining the efficiency and quality of operations within a warehouse environment. Candidates for these positions should have experience in similar roles and a commitment to quality control and operational efficiency.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be physically fit, as heavy lifting is involved in this role. You will need to be flexible and happy to work last-minute shifts.

Applicants must be able to work as part of a team.

Previous warehouse experience is required.
