About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to support the processing of Subject Access Requests (SARs) on a temporary basis. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with experience in data protection, information governance, or administrative casework.
You will play a key role in ensuring requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant legislation (including GDPR and the Data Protection Act).

Key Responsibilities
Manage and process Subject Access Requests from receipt through to response
Review, redact, and prepare sensitive information for disclosure
Liaise with internal departments to gather required records
Ensure all deadlines and statutory requirements are met
Maintain accurate records and audit trails of requests
Apply data protection principles and organisational policies consistently Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience handling Subject Access Requests or working within data protection / information governance is essential
Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy requirements
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing and redacting information
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal Desirable
Experience within the public sector / healthcare / social care (if relevant)
Familiarity with case management systems or document review tools What We Offer
