Maintenance Engineer

Double Days, Monday to Friday

£41.5K

Join a business that's investing in its people, its site, and its future.

We're looking for a Shift / Packing Engineer to join a highly respected manufacturing site with a genuine family feel. This is a business where people matter, teamwork comes first, and engineers are valued as a key part of the operation.

With significant investment planned across the site, there's never been a better time to join. You'll be part of a close-knit engineering team, working in a supportive environment where your ideas are listened to, your development is encouraged, and your contribution makes a real difference.

What you'll be doing:

* Supporting continuous improvement projects and helping drive site performance.

* Working closely with production and engineering colleagues to maintain high standards across the site.

* Contributing ideas that improve safety, efficiency, and reliability.

What we're looking for:

* A hands-on engineer with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

* Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

* A team player who communicates well and enjoys working collaboratively.

* An individual who is organised, proactive, and keen to learn and develop.

* Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

Food or packaging beneficial but not essential.

Why join?

* Strong family-oriented culture where people genuinely look after one another.

* Supportive and experienced engineering team.

* Major investment programme creating exciting opportunities for growth and development.

* Stable, successful business with a long-term vision.

* Opportunity to make a real impact and progress your career.

If you're looking for more than just another engineering role and want to be part of a business that values its people as much as its performance, we'd love to hear from you
