Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting experienced PTS Civils Site Supervisors for long-term rail infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Kent/Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering a range of rail and civil engineering works with consistent workload and long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities on rail civil engineering projects.
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and operatives.
Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, company procedures, and health & safety legislation.
Monitor progress against programme and report on site performance.
Complete site documentation including permits, inspections, and daily records.
Liaise with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme delivery.
Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.Requirements:
Valid PTS certification.
Previous experience supervising rail civil engineering projects.
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple work activities and site teams.
Full UK driving licence.What's on Offer:
