An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking to employ a Senior Site Manager with immediate effect.
The successful candidate will be based across a high end, multi storey, Residential scheme in Bristol, compromising of 42 Apartments and 7 Mews Houses.
The ideal candidate will come from a Commercial background rather than Housing, due to the nature of schemes that my client will be targeting. For the foreseeable future, these will be high rise and multi story accommodation / residential / mixed use developments
Degree level qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid is essential.
Your new company are an award winning UK contractor who specialise in Housing, Regeneration, and high rise schemes out of multiple regional offices.
