Lead, develop and hold accountable a team of field engineers and subcontractors
Build a strong performance culture - dealing with underperformance and raising standards
Define and implement structure, processes, and governance across the function
Take ownership of resource planning, subcontractor strategy, and team growth
Embed a robust H&S and compliance culture that stands up to scrutiny
Act as the go-to leader for field operations across the businessBeneficial Skills / Experience:
Have a track record of managing and developing engineers in the field
Be confident handling performance issues, recruitment, and team structure decisions
Bring strong leadership presence - decisive, direct, and accountable
Understand the commercial reality of running a field function
Care deeply about quality, standards, and doing the job properly
Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, no-nonsense environmentAdditional Details:
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours)
Salary: Competitive
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work 5 days in the office / site
Eligible for security clearance (NPPV3/SC)
