As a Healthcare Assistant with Onpoint Care, you’ll play a key role in supporting residents with dignity, respect, and professionalism. You’ll work flexibly across a variety of residential and nursing settings, ensuring every individual receives safe, consistent, and compassionate care.

Skills & Attributes
* Strong communication skills and respect for confidentiality
* Commitment to delivering safe, high‑quality care
* Reliable, punctual, and well‑organised
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Calm, professional approach when supporting individuals with challenging behaviours
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum 3 months UK experience in a healthcare or care home setting
* Previous experience supporting adults in residential or nursing environments
* Willingness to complete induction and mandatory training
* Ongoing commitment to professional development
* Enhanced DBS clearance and satisfactory references
* Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
