We are supporting a consultancy delivering public sector digital programmes and are looking for experienced User Researchers to join multidisciplinary teams.

The roles will focus on planning and delivering user research activity, gathering insight, and ensuring user needs are understood and reflected throughout service design and delivery.

• Plan and conduct user research across public sector digital services
• Use qualitative and mixed-method research approaches
• Run interviews, usability testing, workshops and research sessions
• Synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights
• Work closely with product, design, content and delivery teams
• Communicate research findings clearly to stakeholders
• Support evidence-based decision making throughout delivery

• Active SC clearance
• Previous experience working as a User Researcher in public sector or government environments
• Strong qualitative and mixed-method research experience
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a largely remote environment

Active SC clearance is essential for these roles.
