Our client is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to join their internal ERP team and support a strategic transformation initiative. The role will focus on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service, replacing the current SAP Customer Service (CS) solution.

As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring alignment between business requirements, SAP best practices, and the organization's enterprise architecture standards. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to design a scalable and future-proof service management solution.

The successful consultant will provide architectural leadership throughout the project life cycle, including solution design, system integration, governance, risk management, testing support, and documentation. Acting as the key link between business and IT, you will ensure that the solution delivers the required business outcomes while maintaining architectural integrity and compliance with established standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect, with strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service and experience in service transformation projects, particularly those involving the replacement or migration of SAP CS. You should be comfortable leading design discussions, engaging with senior stakeholders, and providing guidance to project and development teams throughout implementation.
