About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a predominantly internal-facing role where you will play a key part in delivering high-quality HR support across the organisation.

* Provide generalist HR support across all key areas including employee relations, absence management, performance, ED&I, and coaching

* Manage and support the progression of employee relations cases, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution

* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice

* Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

* Uphold all health, safety, and environmental standards, supporting a culture focused on zero harm

Criteria:

* Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels

* Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality HR support
