Simply Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Sleaford area to recruit a dedicated Year 4 / Year 5 Class Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2026. The Role
Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for a mixed Year 4 / Year 5 class
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and achievement
Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress
Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children
Contributing positively to the wider school community
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
ECTs are encouraged to apply
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
