Your new roleReporting directly to Senior Management, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business. This is a highly visible position where your input will directly influence project success and strategic direction.
Key responsibilities will include:

Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out projects
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Managing the full tender process from enquiry through to submission
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Identifying value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
Supporting the senior leadership team in securing new businessWhat you'll need to succeed

Proven estimating experience within the fit-out sector
Strong knowledge of the Scottish construction market
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
