Job Description

Deliver a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and guests.
Manage reception, visitor sign-in processes, calls, and email enquiries.
Maintain high standards across all front-of-house and guest areas.
Handle customer queries and complaints, providing prompt resolutions.
Build strong relationships with clients, occupiers, and stakeholders.
Support customer engagement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance the visitor experience.
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with administrative tasks, database management, and reporting.
Provide support across multiple sites when required.Requirements

Previous experience in reception, front of house, hospitality, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach.
