Are you a passionate Food Technology looking for your next opportunity on the Wirral? I'm currently working with an excellent secondary school seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive department and deliver engaging lessons that help students build confidence, knowledge and practical skills across Business Studies and IT.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Food Tech across Key Stages 3 and 4
Prepare and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons
Assess, monitor and support student progress
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Contribute to the wider school community and department activitiesThe Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Food Tech or DT within a secondary setting
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A passion for education and student achievement
The ability to work effectively as part of a teamWhat's on Offer
Temporary teaching role with potential for extension
Salary paid in line with the MPS/UPS Teacher Pay Scale
Supportive leadership team and friendly staff environment
