This Financial Adviser job is ideal for a driven, business development focused Adviser who enjoys building new relationships and developing long term clients within an established, regional, independent financial planning firm.

You’ll be joining a highly respected team that delivers fully independent, holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection and broader wealth management. The firm will give you full internal support, but the real opportunity here is for an Adviser who thrives on generating their own activity, creating introducer relationships and growing a meaningful client bank over time.

In addition, they have an in-house employee benefits team that can assist their corporate clients and produce new clients for personal financial planning.

In this role you will:

* Provide independent advice across pensions, investments, protection and wider financial planning

* Build strong relationships with new clients through proactive networking, referrals and introductions

* Manage ongoing review work to maintain high standards of service and ethics

* Work closely with paraplanners, administrators and compliance to deliver a smooth client experience

* Stay up to date with regulatory and technical changes to maintain high-quality advice

The firm offers flexibility on experience, with packages tailored according to capability, track record and the value you can bring.

Financial Adviser Requirements

* Essential: CAS status as a UK Financial Adviser

* Essential: Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)

* Essential: Experience advising on pensions and investments

* Essential: Clear evidence of proactive business generation (hunter profile)

* Desirable: Established introducer links or a strong professional network

Financial Adviser Benefits

* Competitive basic salary likely within £50,000 – £75,000, depending on experience
