Full-Time | September Start | Full Time
Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity this September?
We are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Croydon, seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s educational journey while developing your own skills within a nurturing environment.

This vibrant and well-resourced primary school prides itself on its inclusive ethos and strong community feel. Staff are friendly, collaborative, and committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential. The school has excellent leadership and provides ongoing support and training for all staff, particularly within SEN.
The school is conveniently located in Croydon with excellent transport links, making it easily accessible via train, tram, and bus routes.

The Role:

Supporting pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needsIdeal Candidate:

Previous experience working with children, ideally within SEN
Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
