Job Title: Repairs PlannerRepairs Planner

Rate: £17.84 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Our client, a leading contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services within the social housing sector, is seeking an experienced Repairs Planner to join their team based in Finsbury Park.
This is a busy and fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to effectively schedule and coordinate repair works for a team of operatives.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and planning repair and maintenance appointments for operatives.
Managing and optimising diaries to ensure efficient delivery of repair works.
Liaising with tenants, operatives, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Monitoring the progress of jobs and rearranging appointments where necessary.
Updating and maintaining accurate records on internal systems.
Handling inbound and outbound calls relating to repairs and maintenance requests.
Ensuring service levels and performance targets are met.
Providing excellent customer service at all times. Requirements
Previous experience working as a Repairs Planner, Scheduler, Works Planner, or similar role.
Experience within social housing, housing repairs, property maintenance, or a similar environment is highly desirable.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience using scheduling or workforce management systems.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a high volume of tasks. What Our Client Offers
