The successful Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive person-centred support while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.

The Role of the Staff Nurse

* Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.

* Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.

* Monitor residents' health and wellbeing.

* Develop and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records.

* Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.

* Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care at all times.

Requirements for Staff Nurse

* Valid NMC PIN number.

* Previous nursing home experience desirable.

* Excellent communication and clinical skills.

* Compassionate and professional approach to resident care.

* Right to work in the UK.
