Optima Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale External Wall Insulation (EWI) project based in Clapham.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with strong façade and EWI experience to join a growing and successful team.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day safe and efficient management of site operations
* Overseeing façade installation works, including EWI, recladding, refurbishment, and new-build schemes
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour to ensure programme delivery
* Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
* Managing health and safety compliance and maintaining all site documentation
* Monitoring quality control and proactively resolving site issues
* Liaising with clients, consultants, residents, and internal project teams
Requirements
* Proven experience managing large-scale EWI projects (essential)
* Previous main contractor experience (highly desirable)
* Experience managing façade installation or refurbishment projects
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance
* Ability to manage programmes and deliver projects on time and within scope
* Relevant certifications, including SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid, are preferred
