Senior Account Manager (Learning Solutions / Strategic Partnerships)
London (Hybrid - 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH)
£50,000-£55,000 (OTE £65,000-£70,000) + Hybrid Working + Progression + Creative Industry Exposure
Are you a Senior Account Manager, Client Partner or Business Development Manager from a Learning & Development, training, internal communications, employee engagement or creative agency background looking to manage strategic client relationships and deliver high-impact learning and behaviour change solutions?

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to key clients, developing long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities and helping organisations solve complex people, learning and communications challenges. Working closely with creative, learning and delivery teams, you will help shape bespoke solutions that create lasting impact for clients.
This role would suit a Senior Account Manager, Client Partner, Strategic Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Partnerships Manager or Account Director from a Learning & Development, E-learning, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Talent Development, Organisational Change or Creative Agency background.
The Role
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts
Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Identify account growth, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Develop proposals and client-focused solutions
Support new business and lead generation initiatives
Attend client meetings, networking events and industry conferences
Maintain CRM activity, forecasting and pipeline reporting The Person
Experience within Account Management, Client Services or Business Development
Background within Learning & Development, Training, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Creative Services or similar
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Commercially minded with strong communication skills
Experience managing complex client relationships and opportunities
