We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused Operations Specialist to manage key operational activities. This role will be focusing on managing demand, logistics, financial reporting, and supporting the end-to-end life cycle of digital devices and applications in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

? Demand Management: Own, drive and keep up to date, the demand management process for study portfolio, in alignment with project managers.

This involves:

? Coordinating Demand Review Meetings and Presentations.
? Providing Stock Management Cleanup Recommendations.
? Updating monthly and weekly plans, and establishing JIRA-Tickets and SAP Production Orders.
? Application Management: Support end-to-end life cycle of applications and devices deployed in clinical trials.
? Financial Reporting: Support the monthly cost reporting regarding hardware, workforce, and shipment/return shipments costs. This includes compiling data from various reports and handling cross-charging to studies.
? Own tools and process support: Own subprocesses in Jira and supporting spreadsheets (including formulas and macros) to enable efficient and scalable operations.
? Knowledge Base: Own Knowledgebase - create and maintain documentation in the Knowledge Base (Wiki).
? Purchasing: Support purchasing-related activities for Digital Biomarker Device operations.
? Returns of shipments: Own the end-to-end return device process and operations, including hands-on, physical handling of devices (receipt, inspection, cleaning, preparation, and storage).
? Process Improvement: Drive Digital Biomarker Device operations process improvements and ideation.

Must-Haves:

? University degree in technical field
? Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT Operations and/or application management.
? Ability to work independently and manage/direct execution by others.
? Expert-level proficiency in analysis and reporting using spreadsheets.
? Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
? Quality-focused mindset with keen attention to detail.
? Process-oriented approach to work, with the fl exibility to adapt to dynamic requirements and environments.
? Experience with the rapid life cycle of mobile application development or deployment.
? Extensive experience communicating with senior stakeholders across cross-functional and global Matrix organizations to align priorities, drive decision-making, and resolve operational challenges.
? Proficiency in second or third-level technical support.
? Experience with Mobile Device Management tools.
? Knowledge of data security and privacy guidelines in regulated environments such as Pharma.
? Passion for mobile and wearable digital technology, with knowledge of the latest developments in the field.
? Fluent English

Nice-to-Haves:

? Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
? Project-based work experience within the area of clinical development.
? Familiarity with Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and change management processes.
? Good Spanish language skills, both written and spoken.
