We are seeking an experienced NICU Nurse to join a dedicated neonatal team providing specialist care to premature and critically ill newborns. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering high‑quality family‑centred care.

Key Responsibilities

*

Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care to neonates in intensive and high‑dependency settings

*

Monitor vital signs, ventilators, infusions, and specialist neonatal equipment

*

Support parents and families with compassion and clear communication

*

Work collaboratively with neonatologists, paediatricians, and the wider MDT

*

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safeguarding standards

*

Participate in audits, training, and continuous professional development

Requirements

*

NMC Registered Nurse (Child or Adult with neonatal experience)

*

Minimum 6–12 months NICU experience (Level 2 or Level 3)

*

Competent in neonatal resuscitation and intensive care procedures

*

Strong clinical judgement and ability to work under pressure

*

Right to work in the UK
