A well-established Ofsted-rated Good, two-form entry primary school in the Great Barr area is seeking an enthusiastic and committed KS1 / KS2 Teacher to join its successful teaching team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education and helping every child achieve their full potential. Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and ambitious Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

The Role

The successful candidate will:

* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and challenging lessons that inspire a love of learning.

* Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge across the primary age range.

* Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform teaching.

* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children.

* Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

* Has strong curriculum knowledge and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.

* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.

* Has experience of, or a strong interest in, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

* Is committed to inclusion and ensuring every child achieves success.

* Is enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to develop professionally.
