Academics is recruiting on behalf of a supportive secondary school towards the Crewe area of Cheshire East, which is looking to appoint a dedicated English Teacher on a full-time, fixed-term basis. The role will start in September and initially run until October half-term, with the potential for extension.

English Teacher - Role Information:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Engage, motivate and challenge students
Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement
Contribute positively to the wider school community

English Teacher - Applicant Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) in English
Recent experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 level
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
