Oracle HCM Implementation Lead

12 Month Contract

Dublin (4 Days Onsite per week)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Implementation Lead to join a major transformation programme delivering enterprise-wide HR systems change. This is a 12-month daily rate contract based in Dublin, requiring 4 days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM solutions across multiple business functions
• Drive solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions
• Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, vendors, and senior leadership teams
• Oversee configuration, integration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities
• Ensure delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies are actively managed
• Provide leadership to functional consultants, implementation partners, and project teams
• Support change management, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilisation

Required Experience

• 5+ years experience leading large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Experience implementing Oracle Learning Cloud
• Strong functional knowledge across core HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management/Review, Recruitment, Payroll, Goal Management
• Experience managing full project life cycles in complex enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment with multiple workstreams
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Security
• Experienced in supporting large scale data migration initiatives
• Oracle HCM certified

This role is a blend of hands on solution delivery as well as overseeing and leading the workstream, engaging with stakeholders throughout.
