Key Responsibilities

Pre- and post-contract MEP quantity surveying duties
*
Commercial management of mechanical or electrical packages
*
Cost planning, forecasting, and monthly valuations
*
Procurement of MEP subcontract packages
*
Change control, variations, and final accounts
*
Contract administration and commercial risk management
*
Direct liaison with clients, contractors, and design teams
About You
*
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
*
Experience working with MEP packages in a consultancy or contractor environment
*
Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical scope and costs
*
Commercially aware, organised, and confident communicating with stakeholders
