A leading housing organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Neighbourhood Services to lead a large operational housing management function across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior housing professional with strong experience across neighbourhood services, tenancy management, customer experience and operational performance to join a fast-paced and resident-focused organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Leading neighbourhood and housing management services across multiple sites
• Driving service improvement, operational performance and resident satisfaction
• Managing and developing high-performing operational teams
• Overseeing KPIs, complaints handling and customer engagement
• Leading on complex tenancy, ASB and neighbourhood management matters
• Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business
• Supporting service transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
The successful candidate will have:
• Significant experience within senior housing/neighbourhood management roles
• Strong operational leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing performance, complaints and customer-focused services
• A strong understanding of social housing and regulatory environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to quickly stabilise and improve services within an interim capacity
This is a hybrid role with travel required to sites across London.
