Monitor project progress, addressing any challenges to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare detailed project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organisational standards.
Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to achieve project goals.

A successful Project Manager should have:
