A thriving primary school in Tower Hamlets is looking to appoint an ambitious Primary Teacher to join its Upper KS2 team from September 2026.

Serving a diverse and vibrant community, the school has developed a strong reputation for pupil progress, inclusive practice and staff development. The leadership team has invested heavily in curriculum resources, coaching and professional learning, creating an environment where teachers are supported to excel.

The successful Primary Teacher will take responsibility for a Year 5 class, helping pupils develop the knowledge, confidence and independence needed for a successful transition into Year 6.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the curriculum
Promote high standards in reading, writing and mathematics
Use assessment effectively to drive pupil progress
Create a purposeful and inclusive classroom environment
Contribute to wider school initiatives and enrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate

The school is keen to appoint a Primary Teacher who:

Holds QTS and recent UK primary teaching experience
Has strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
Demonstrates excellent classroom management
Is reflective and committed to continuous improvement
Enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues
