This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction business delivering some of the highest-quality bespoke residential and refurbishment projects in Norfolk. Offering genuine progression to Commercial Manager and varied projects, within a small business where you will have genuine impact.

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to work on prestigious, high-end quality projects rather than volume-build developments? Do you want a role where you can broaden your commercial skillset, gain exposure to estimating, and progress into senior leadership positions?.

The company has been established for over 20 years and delivers premium residential refurbishments, listed building restorations, bespoke new-build homes, and selected commercial projects across Norfolk. With an excellent reputation for quality and craftsmanship, they are now looking to expand into larger commercial schemes and developments, creating exciting opportunities for ambitious commercial professionals.

You will manage projects from tender stage through to final account, handling valuations, subcontractor management, variations, commercial reporting, and client liaison. Working closely with the directors, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably while supporting the continued growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveying experience within construction and be comfortable managing commercial responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle. Experience within either residential or commercial construction will be considered, provided you have strong commercial awareness and a willingness to learn.

This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit business with excellent staff retention, where progression is genuinely available from Quantity Surveyor through to Commercial Manager and Director level. You'll work on some of the most interesting and rewarding projects in the region while developing your career in a supportive environment.
