We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plasterer to join our growing social housing maintenance team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of plastering repairs and refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch repairs, rendering, and boarding.
Complete repairs and maintenance work in occupied and vacant social housing properties.
Prepare surfaces and ensure high-quality finishes.
Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors.
Accurately complete job sheets and documentation.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing, repairs, or maintenance environments.
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plastering
Full UK Driving Licence.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
