Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Aldridge (with future relocation to Burton-on-Trent in next 4-6 months)

Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour

Shift Patterns: Mon-Thu 8:00-17:00, Fri 8:00-16:30 (1‑hour unpaid lunch)

**Driving licence required**

Our client is seeking a confident and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a small, friendly team based in their Aldridge branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys a varied role and is comfortable communicating with both businesses and end customers.

After an initial 4-6 month period working from the Aldridge office, the successful candidate will be required to work permanently from the Burton-on-Trent site, so flexibility to travel and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and generic email inbox.
Providing excellent business-to-business and end‑customer support.
Managing orders and queries through an online marketplace portal.
Working collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
Ensuring accurate information is provided and issues are resolved efficiently.
Driving between sites - mileage is covered 45p per mile.

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience (office-based preferred).
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Ability to work well in a small team environment.
Confident using online systems and portals.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Burton-on-Trent.
