About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive early years setting in Southwest London. This is a permanent, full-time position, operating all year round, including school holidays.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
* Support children’s learning and development through fun, engaging activities
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and safeguarding.
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (desirable)
* We will also consider strong candidates with a Level 2 qualification
* Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for working with children
