Cityworx are recruiting for a Care Coordinator or a Care Manager on behalf of our domiciliary care client based in Swindon.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Coordinator or Care Manager to work in the Swindon branch.
The ideal candidate must have experience in Elderly Domiciliary care services, with a strong understanding of delivering high-quality person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
* Leading and supporting care staff and coordinators
* Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
* Managing care packages, rotas, and client relationships
* Conducting assessments, reviews, and spot checks
* Supporting business growth and maintaining high standards of care
* Working closely with families, professionals, and local authorities
Requirements:
* Experience working within Home Care services
* Good knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
This is a full time office based job and the client does not offer sponsoship
