Location: Dorking, Surrey
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our Welding & Fabrication Department. You will carry out welding to high standards, working on components and assemblies in mild and stainless steel. A weld test will be required during the interview process.

Hours / Shifts:

Two shift pattern: 05:45–13:45 and 14:15–22:15
Shifts alternate weeklyKey Responsibilities

Perform welding tasks to specification in both mild steel and stainless steel
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Prepare, fit, and align parts prior to welding
Carry out quality checks on your work
Work as part of a team to meet production goalsRequirements / Skills

Proven competence in welding mild and stainless steel
Experience with MIG, TIG, or equivalent welding methods
Ability to pass a weld test as part of the hiring process
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to work within a team and take responsibility for your work
Flexibility to work on rotating shiftsSalary & Benefits

Estimated salary range: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (depending on experience)
On-site working (no remote/office work)
