We’re working with a highly respected, award-winning architectural practice that is recognised for its commitment to design quality, sustainability, and its people-first culture.

This is an opportunity for Architectural Technologists and Technicians to join a progressive studio where collaboration, innovation, and personal development sit at the heart of everything they do.

The practice works across a wide range of sectors including education, heritage, retail, and commercial, delivering thoughtful, sustainable design solutions that have real long-term impact.

Contributing to sustainable design solutions with a focus on embodied and operational carbon reduction.

Supporting a collaborative studio environment built around knowledge sharing and design excellence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with Architectural Technologists and Technicians who have:

2–3+ years’ experience in a UK architectural practice (or equivalent qualification pathway). No upper limit of experience.

Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.

Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.

Experience producing coordinated drawing packages and technical information.

Awareness of CDM regulations and quality management processes.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and desire to develop professionally.

Culture & Benefits

This is a studio that places real emphasis on people, wellbeing, and career development.

You can expect:

🏡 Hybrid and flexible working.

🎓 Structured CPD and ongoing development support.

📈 Regular one-to-ones and bi-annual career reviews.

🧠 Weekly “Thinking Thursdays” for learning and innovation.

📐 Friday design reviews and collaborative feedback culture.

💪 Strong wellbeing focus with access to an in-house gym.

🌍 Involvement in sustainability, R&D, and community initiatives.

🎉 Regular social events and team activities.

🚀 A genuinely supportive, collaborative studio environment.

Why Consider a Conversation?

If you’re looking for a role where you can develop technically, work on meaningful projects, and be part of a practice that genuinely values its people, this could be a great next step.
