OTE earnings of up to £42,500 annually
Guaranteed minimum earning of £40,000 during the first three months to support your financial stability
Full-time position with a 46.33-hour working week, Monday to Friday

Carry out vehicle inspections, servicing, and repairs efficiently and accurately
Diagnose vehicle issues precisely and provide appropriate repair solutions in line with dealership standards
Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records
Assist with MOT testing if qualified, ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers regarding vehicle status and repairs
Contribute to a high standard of customer service and client satisfactionRequirements:

Relevant formal qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Full UK driving licence
Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership preferred
MOT Tester qualification is highly advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
