Electrical Site Manager
Sector: M&E / Commercial Projects
NRL are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee mechanical installations on a commercial project in Guernsey.
This is a hands-on role managing site teams, subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day electrical site operations (power, lighting, containment, etc.)
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Monitor progress against programme and resolve issues
Maintain quality and support project deliveryRequirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager within M&E
Strong commercial project background
SMSTS (or equivalent)
Excellent leadership and communication skillsWhat’s on Offer
