A Building Services Maintenance contractor has a key requirement for a Junior Building Services Engineer to join their successful team of engineers that service Commercial buildings. This position will cover sites in and around London

Junior Building Services Engineer will be:

Junior Building Services Engineer will be covering sites in London and the surrounding areas
Junior Building Services Engineer will be performing PPM and breakdown calls on electrical plant, Emergency lighting checks, Battery drain downs, lamping and small remedial works on electrical power
Junior Building Services Engineer will benefit from a basic salary up to £35k + packageJunior Building Services Engineer will have:

Junior Building Services Engineer will have experience and knowledge in building services
Junior Building Services Engineer will be living within a commutable distance of London
Junior Building Services Engineer will have an electrical qualification and understanding of building services PPM's
Junior Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £35k basic (dependent on experience) + package
